Shipping Policy
Every order is carefully processed and shipped within one business day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
All collectibles are fully insured for their full purchase value and packaged with the care and attention collectors expect. Each slab is placed in a protective sleeve and securely packaged to help ensure safe transit and arrival.
Because many of the collectibles we offer are one-of-a-kind, out of print, or difficult to replace, we treat every shipment with the importance it deserves. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey from our hands to yours.
Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. If you have a special shipping request or a time-sensitive order, please contact us prior to purchase and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Return Policy
Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Because every item we sell is a one-of-a-kind, authenticated, and graded collectible, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a sale is complete. We encourage you to review each listing carefully, including the grade, cert number, edition, and photos and to reach out with any questions before purchasing. We're always happy to provide additional detail or images on any piece.
The one exception: CGC Signature Series signings.
If you purchase a CGC Signature Series signing and the signer declines to sign your item, your item will be returned to you and your purchase fully refunded. This is the only circumstance under which we issue a refund.
If you believe your order arrived damaged or there was an error on our end, contact us right away and we'll make it right.
